Common Stock

As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, the Company was authorized to issue 200,000,000 shares of common stock $0.0001 par value per share. Holders of common stock are entitled to dividends if and when declared by the board of directors of the Company. The holder of each share of common stock is entitled to one vote. As of June 30, 2026, no dividends were declared.
