Subsequent to June 30, 2026, the Company issued 386,668 shares of common stock in accordance with the Sales Agreement for net proceeds of $354.
On July 17, 2026, the Company held its annual meeting at which the shareholders voted to increase the authorized number of shares of common stock from 166,666,667 shares to 500,000,000 shares. |
