7.Core Deposit Intangibles

The core deposit intangibles (“CDI”) were acquired in business combinations. On October 16, 2020, the Bank acquired Loomis Federal Savings and Loan Association, which included a CDI of $3,000. The Bank has an additional CDI of $2,705,000 from a previous business combination that is being amortized over its estimated useful life of 120 months. Accumulated amortization at June 30, 2026 was $2.6 million and $2.5 million at December 31, 2025. The CDIs are reviewed for impairment when events or circumstances indicate that the carrying amount may not be recoverable. No events or circumstances indicating impairment existed as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025.

CDI, net of accumulated amortization, at June 30, 2026 is approximately $46,000. The entire remaining balance is expected to amortize before the end of 2026.
