(1)    At June 30, 2026, the Pharma segment accumulated goodwill impairment loss was $184 million related to the Navista & ION reporting unit.
(2)    At June 30, 2026 and 2025, the GMPD segment accumulated goodwill impairment loss was $5.4 billion.
(3)    Comprised of the remaining operating segments, Nuclear and Precision Health Solutions, at-Home Solutions, and OptiFreight® Logistics.
(4)    At June 30, 2026 and 2025, the Nuclear and Precision Health Solutions accumulated goodwill impairment loss was $829 million.

Goodwill increased in fiscal 2026 primarily due to the acquisition of Solaris Health within the Pharma segment. Goodwill recognized in connection with the acquisition primarily represents the anticipated
benefits from the expected growth from new customers, the assembled workforce of the acquired entities and synergies of integrating these businesses. Substantially all of the goodwill recorded is expected to be non-deductible for income tax purposes.
We performed interim quantitative goodwill impairment testing for the Navista & ION reporting unit during the three months ended March 31, 2026, which resulted in pre-tax impairment charges of $184 million. The impairment charge was primarily due to changes in the risk profile of the business plans, resulting in an increase in the discount rate. These changes reflect business model updates and base operational performance.
We performed interim quantitative goodwill impairment testing for GMPD during fiscal 2024, which resulted in pre-tax goodwill impairment charges of $675 million, which was included in impairments and (gain)/loss on disposal of assets, net in our consolidated statements of earnings. GMPD had no goodwill balance remaining as of March 31, 2024.
