During the thirteen weeks ending June 27, 2026 and June 28, 2025, we paid The CFO Squad $15,000 and $2,000, respectively, and $20,000 and $25,000 for the twenty-six weeks ending June 27, 2026 and June 28, 2025, respectively. Joseph Himy is the Managing Director of The CFO Squad and a member of our Board of Directors. No amounts were accrued in our balance sheet for services provided by CFO Squad during the thirteen weeks and twenty-six weeks ended June 27, 2026, and June 28, 2025.
