RBC Bearings Incorporated announced that its Dodge Industrial, Inc. subsidiary has acquired the business assets of PSC Couplings, LLC, a manufacturer of disc coupling solutions, for a cash purchase price of $24.2 million.
A copy of the press release announcing the acquisition is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by this reference.
