| Investment in Gameverse Interactive Corp | Note 8 - Investment in Gameverse Interactive Corp
On January 24, 2025, the Company entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement with Gameverse Interactive Corp, a video game developer (“Gameverse”) under the terms of which, the Company exchanged shares of its restricted common stock for shares of restricted common stock of Gameverse. The fair value of $190,500 was determined using the closing price of the Company’ common stock on the date of the agreement.
