Subsequent Events Subsequent Events
The Company has evaluated subsequent events through the filing of this Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q. The following activity took place subsequent to June 30, 2026.
Common Shares 
Subsequent to June 30, 2026, and in connection with the Company’s continuous private offering, the Company issued shares of its Class G common stock, Class G-D common stock, Class G-S common stock, Class E common stock and Class I common stock.
These offers and sales of the Class G common stock, Class G-D common stock, Class G-S common stock, Class E common stock and Class I common stock were exempt from the registration provisions of the Securities Act, by virtue of Section 4(a)(2) and Regulation D thereunder.
