Insider Trading Arrangements

On June 5, 2026, Jason Kim, our Chief Executive Officer and member of our Board of Directors, adopted a Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangement providing for the sale from time to time of an aggregate of up to 287,220 shares of common stock, plus additional shares determined based on a written formula that was calculated based on a specified number of shares of common stock issued upon the future vesting of RSUs granted before the adoption date of the trading arrangement at or above specified market prices. The trading arrangement expires on May 28, 2027, or earlier if all transactions under the trading arrangement are completed.

On June 5, 2026, Darren Ma, our Chief Financial Officer and member of our Board of Directors, adopted a Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangement providing for the sale from time to time of an aggregate of up to 143,610 shares of common stock, plus additional shares determined based on a written formula that was calculated based on a specified number of shares of common stock issued upon the future vesting of RSUs granted before the adoption date of the trading arrangement at or above specified market prices. The trading arrangement expires on May 28, 2027, or earlier if all transactions under the trading arrangement are completed.

On May 29, 2026, Shea Ferring, our Chief Technology Officer, adopted a Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangement providing for the sale from time to time of an aggregate of up to 125,000 shares of common stock, plus additional shares determined based on a written formula that was calculated based on a specified number of shares of common stock issued upon the future vesting of RSUs granted before the adoption date of the trading arrangement at or above specified market prices. The trading arrangement expires on March 31, 2027, or earlier if all transactions under the trading arrangement are completed.

On May 29, 2026, Remington Wu, our Chief Accounting Officer, adopted a Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangement providing for the sale from time to time of shares determined based on a written formula that was calculated based on a specified number of shares of common stock issued upon the future vesting of RSUs granted before the adoption date of the trading arrangement at or above specified market prices. The trading arrangement expires on June 30, 2027, or earlier if all transactions under the trading arrangement are completed.

On May 29, 2026, Ryan Boland, a member of our Board of Directors, adopted a Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangement providing for the sale from time to time of an aggregate of up to 45,000 shares of common stock at or above specified market prices. The trading arrangement expires on June 25, 2027, or earlier if all transactions under the trading arrangement are completed.

Each of these trading arrangements were entered into pursuant to the Company’s insider trading policy and is intended to satisfy the affirmative defense in Rule 10b5-1(c). Other than as disclosed above, no other directors or officers, as defined in Section 16 of the Exchange Act, adopted, modified or terminated a “Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangement” or a “non-Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangement” as defined in Regulation S-K Item 408, during the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2026.
