| Segment reporting description | The Company’s Chief Executive Officer is the chief operating decision maker, or CODM. The CODM allocates resources and assesses performance of the Company’s single reportable segment by regularly reviewing the segment net income (loss) that also is reported on the condensed consolidated statements of operations and comprehensive loss as consolidated net income (loss). The measure of segment assets is reported on the balance sheet as total consolidated assets. |
