| Subsequent Events | 10. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Increase in authorized common stock On July 2, 2026, our stockholders approved an amendment to our Certificate of Incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock from 150,000,000 shares to 300,000,000 shares. The amendment was filed with the Secretary of State of Delaware and became effective on July 6, 2026. This increase in authorized shares did not affect the number of shares issued and outstanding as of June 30, 2026.
