Note 8 - Subsequent Events
The Company has evaluated subsequent events through August 11, 2026, the date of filing of this Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, and determined that there have been no events that have occurred that would require adjustments to our disclosures in the condensed consolidated financial statements, other than the following:
(i) Approximately $1,115,000 was collected through the Company’s DSPP program during the period July 1, 2026, through August 6, 2026, which includes collection of the $237,000 stock subscription receivable at June 30, 2026.
