There have been no subsequent events that occurred during such period that would require disclosure in this Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q or would be required to be recognized in the consolidated financial statements for the six months ended June 30, 2026, except as disclosed below: Dividend Declaration On August 6, 2026, the Board declared a dividend of $0.23 per share payable on October 23, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2026. |
