AMENDMENT TO THE
ETF SERIES SOLUTIONS
TRANSFER AGENT SERVICING AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT, dated as of the last date in the signature block (the “Effective Date”), to the Transfer Agent Servicing Agreement, dated as of May 16, 2012, as amended (the “Agreement”), is entered into by and between ETF SERIES SOLUTIONS, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), and U.S. BANCORP FUND SERVICES, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“USBFS”).
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the parties have entered into the Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreement to update Exhibit LL to amend the fee schedule and add the following fund:
•International Vegan Climate ETF
WHEREAS, Section 12 of the Agreement allows for its amendment by a written instrument executed by both parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
1.Exhibit LL of the Agreement is hereby superseded and replaced in its entirety with Exhibit LL attached hereto.
Except to the extent amended hereby, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
