| SUBSEQUENT EVENTS | 16. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to June 30, 2026, the Company received approximately $2.6 million of refunds from U.S. Customs and Border Protection related to tariffs previously paid under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act ("IEEPA"). Because receipt of these refunds occurred subsequent to June 30, 2026, no amounts related to these refunds have been recognized in the accompanying Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements.
