Subsequent Events	14. Subsequent Events In July 2026, Knight notified the Company that the net sales milestone related to IMVEXXY sales for the year ended December 31, 2025 had been achieved. As a result of the milestone achievement, the Company became entitled to receive a milestone payment of CAD 500 thousand, $364.8 thousand, pursuant to the applicable agreement with Knight and accordingly recognized such milestone revenues in the quarter ending September 30, 2026 in line with the Company’s accounting policies.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
