| Segment Reporting | 13. Segment Reporting
We operate in one segment. Accordingly, our license revenue, net income (loss), and total assets reflect the revenue, income (loss), and assets of the single segment, respectively.
Our is the chief operating decision maker (“CODM”). The CODM uses net income (loss) in assessing the performance and in determining the allocation of resources of our reportable segment. The CODM is regularly provided expense information consistent with the expense categories presented in the Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations.
