Employee Benefit Plans EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS
The Company has defined benefit and multi-employer pension plans, which are described more fully in Note 18 to the consolidated financial statements included in Item 8 of the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 28, 2025.
During the three and six months ended July 5, 2026, the Company recorded multi-employer pension expense related to multi-employer contributions of $0.8 million and $1.6 million, respectively. During the three and six months ended June 29, 2025, the Company recorded multi-employer pension expense related to multi-employer contributions of $0.6 million and $1.3 million, respectively.
