The following table summarizes the changes in the Company’s accrued restructuring balance for the six months ended July 5, 2026. Other amounts reported as restructuring and other costs during the six months ended July 5, 2026 in the accompanying condensed consolidated statement of operations have been summarized in the notes to the table. Remaining obligations related to these accounts are expected to be paid over the next 12 months and are included in accrued expenses and other current liabilities in the condensed consolidated balance sheets.
