As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, the Company has accrued $0 and $729,320, respectively, in a proactive approach towards potential future refunds.

 

A bonus expense is accrued on an annual basis, when the Company’s financial or operational performance meets the required performance level. The Company has $223,270 and $782,612 accrued for bonuses as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, respectively.
