Line of Credit
On August 18, 2022, Flywheel entered into a line of credit agreement in the amount of $6,940,063 with Taishin International Bank (“Taishin”). As amended, the line of credit matures on November 13, 2026 and bears interest at a rate of 3.42% per annum.
As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, the outstanding balance under the Taishin line of credit was $628,931 and $637,348, respectively.
