NOTE 10 – ELECTION HARDWARE

For the nine months ended September 30, 2025 and 2024, we capitalized $12,153 and $Nil, respectively, for the costs incurred to acquire election hardware.

For the nine months ended September 30, 2025 and 2024, we depreciated $904 and $Nil, respectively, for depreciation expense.
