| SUBSEQUENT EVENTS | SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has evaluated subsequent events through the date these condensed consolidated financial statements were available to be issued. Except as described below, the Company determined that there were no subsequent events or transactions that required recognition or disclosure in these condensed consolidated financial statements. On July 6, 2026, the Company received a refund of approximately $184 thousand from U.S. Customs and Border Protection ("CBP") related to customs duties previously paid. As the refund was received subsequent to June 30, 2026, it has not been recognized in the accompanying condensed consolidated financial statements. The Company expects to record the refund in the third quarter of 2026 as a reduction of customs duty expense within cost of sales.
