| COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES | COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Purchase Commitments As of June 30, 2026, we had approximately $2.0 million of outstanding purchase commitments for inventory. Approximately $1.6 million is expected to be shipped in the third quarter of 2026, with the remaining $0.4 million expected to be shipped during or after the fourth quarter of 2026. Approximately 98% of the outstanding purchase commitments were with related parties.
