9. SHARE CAPITAL The Company is authorized to issue an unlimited number of common shares without par value. Share transactions for the six months ended June 30, 2026 During the six months ended June 30, 2026, the Company issued 376,339 common shares in consideration for services received, with an aggregate deemed value of $80, including $10 relating to amounts accrued as a commitment to issue shares as of December 31, 2025. The common shares issued had a fair value of $90, resulting in a loss of $10 recognized during the period. During the six months ended June 30, 2026, the Company issued 17,611,718 common shares pursuant to the exercise of warrants and stock options for total proceeds of $1,213. In connection with these exercises, $337 was reclassified from additional paid-in capital and $309 was reclassified from derivative liability to share capital. Share transactions for the six months ended June 30, 2025 During the six months ended June 30, 2025, the Company issued 750,000 common shares in connection with stock options exercised for total proceeds of $44. |
