(1)Total share-based compensation expense includes $13.7 million and $10.4 million of expense from cash-settled awards for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, respectively. Total share-based compensation expense includes $2.6 million and $4.2 million of expense from cash-settled awards for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025, respectively. The increase in share-based compensation recognized in 2026 is due to changes in the Company’s stock price, resulting in higher expense associated with cash-settled awards.
