On July 1, 2026, the Board of Directors elected Nasim Shomali as a Class II director, effective immediately, to serve until the Company’s 2027 annual meeting of stockholders. In connection with her appointment, Ms. Shomali was granted shares of restricted stock, which fully vest after 6 months. |
