Other Events	12. Other Events On June 25, 2026, we received a letter from Nasdaq, notifying us that, for the previous 30 consecutive business day period prior to the date of the letter, the closing bid price of our common stock was below $1.00 and that we did not meet the minimum bid price required for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). The letter has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of our common stock on Nasdaq. In accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A), we have been provided an initial period of 180 calendar days, or until December 22, 2026, to regain compliance with Nasdaq's bid price requirement.
