This is to inform you that the Company has terminated the agreement dated February 11, 2022, with Novartis India Limited (NIL) with respect to the distribution and promotion of select brands in India. This termination follows a change in the controlling shareholding of NIL. The Company will continue to commercialize the brands covered thereunder until September 30, 2026.
