| GOODWILL | GOODWILL The goodwill balance was $3.0 million as of June 30, 2026, and December 31, 2025, allocated to the Security Solutions segment. Goodwill is subject to annual impairment tests and if triggering events are present in the interim before the annual tests, we will assess impairment. No impairment charges were recorded for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, and 2025.
