Note 13 - Non-renewal of Customer Contract and Buyout Notice from Significant Customer

The Company has received a non-renewal notice on April 24, 2026, effective June 30, 2026 from a significant customer, expected to result in an annual revenue loss of approximately $5,700. The success fee of approximately $2,705 was received in connection with the conclusion of a client engagement.
