| Related-Party Transactions | Related-Party Transactions For the three and six months ended June 30, 2025, the Company recorded $1.3 million and $2.7 million, respectively, within operating expenses on the unaudited condensed consolidated statements of operations and comprehensive (loss) income for payments made to Woolly Labs, Inc. (d/b/a Vouched) (“Vouched”), a former related-party company that provides identity verification services. As a result of an executive leadership change at the Company in the second quarter of 2025, Vouched was no longer considered a related party as of July 1, 2025.
