Segment Reporting [Abstract]
Segment

Note 10. Segment

The Company is the proactive wellness company delivering nutrition, supplements, and proven fitness programs that help people take control of their health inside and out. The Company is the creator of some of the world’s most popular fitness programs. The Company's Chief Operating Decision Maker ("CODM") is its chief executive officer ("CEO"). The Company defines its one segment on the basis of the way in which internally reported financial information is regularly reviewed by the CODM to analyze financial performance, make decisions, and allocate resources.

The Company’s CODM assesses the segments performance by using net income (loss). The CODM uses net income (loss) for its segment in the annual budget and forecasting process. The CODM considers budget to actual variances on a quarterly basis for its profit measures when making decisions about the allocation of operating and capital resources to the segment.

The Company recorded depreciation expense related to its property and equipment of $1.9 million and $4.2 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, respectively, and $2.0 million and $4.9 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025, respectively. See Note 6, Property and Equipment, Net, for additional information on the Company's depreciation expense. The Company recorded content amortization expense of $1.3 million and $2.7 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, respectively, and $2.3 million and $5.0 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025, respectively. The Company recorded interest income, which is recorded in other income, net, in the condensed consolidated statement of operations, of $0.3 million and $0.6 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, respectively, and $0.3 million and $0.5 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025, respectively.

Since the Company has only one reporting segment, the presentation of the Company’s segment’s operating results is the same as the Company’s condensed consolidated statements of operations for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025 and the expenses on the condensed consolidated statement of operations are the significant segment expenses (see the Company’s condensed consolidated statement of operations) and its assets and liabilities are the same as the Company’s condensed consolidated balance sheets as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025 (see the Company’s condensed consolidated balance sheets).
