| Recently Issued Accounting Pronouncements Not yet Adopted | Recently Issued Accounting Pronouncements Not Yet Adopted In November 2024, the FASB issued ASU 2024-03, Income Statement-Reporting Comprehensive Income-Expense Disaggregation Disclosures (Subtopic 220-40): Disaggregation of Income Statement Expenses (“ASU 2024-03”). The amendments in ASU 2024-03 require public entities to disclose specified information about certain costs and expenses. ASU 2024-03 is effective for the Company’s annual reporting period beginning after December 15, 2026 and interim reporting periods beginning after December 15, 2027, with early adoption permitted. The Company is currently evaluating the impact of this standard on its consolidated financial statements. In May 2025 the FASB issued ASU 2025-03, Business Combinations (Topic 805) and Consolidation (Topic 810): Determining the Accounting Acquirer in the Acquisition of a Variable Interest Entity (“ASU 2025-03”), which revises current guidance for determining the accounting acquirer for a transaction effected primarily by exchanging equity interests in which the legal acquiree is a variable interest entity that meets the definition of a business. The amendments require that an entity consider the same factors that are currently required for determining which entity is the accounting acquirer in other acquisition transactions. ASU 2025-03 is effective for the Company’s annual reporting periods beginning after December 15, 2026, and interim reporting periods within those annual reporting periods, with early adoption permitted. ASU 2025-03 is required to be applied prospectively. As of the date of these unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements, the Company has not early adopted ASU 2025-03, therefore it did not apply the amendment to the Merger which closed on April 28, 2025. In September 2025, the FASB issued ASU 2025-07, Derivatives and Hedging (Topic 815) and Revenue from Contracts with Customers (Topic 606): Derivatives Scope Refinements and Scope Clarification for Share-Based Noncash Consideration from a Customer in a Revenue Contract (“ASU 2025-07”). This update introduces a scope exception from derivative accounting for certain non-exchange-traded contracts and clarifies that Topic 606 applies initially to share-based noncash consideration received from a customer. ASU 2025-07 is effective for the Company’s annual reporting period beginning after December 15, 2026 and interim reporting periods within those annual reporting periods, with early adoption permitted. The Company does not expect the adoption of this standard to have a significant impact upon the financial statements. |
