ACQUISITIONS Rose Acquisition On May 21, 2026, the Company entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with one of the non-controlling shareholders for the acquisition of an additional 6.6% interest in Rose for a total cash purchase price of approximately $1,280, which resulted in a reduction of mezzanine equity of $3,349 and an increase in additional paid-in capital of $2,069. The Company's ownership interest in Rose is now 86.6%. |
