| Disclosure Use Of Estimates [Abstract] | |
| USE OF ESTIMATES | USE OF ESTIMATES The preparation of condensed consolidated financial statements in conformity with U.S. GAAP requires management to make estimates and assumptions that affect the reported amounts of assets and liabilities and disclosure of contingent assets and liabilities at the date of the condensed consolidated financial statements and the reported amounts of revenues and expenses during the reporting period. Such management estimates include, but are not limited to, assumptions used in business combinations, allowance for credit losses, income taxes, realization of deferred tax assets, accounting for uncertain tax positions, the impairment of intangible assets, including goodwill and long-lived assets, capitalized software development costs, standalone selling prices (“SSP”), valuation of the derivative asset, redeemable non-controlling interest, and market-based stock-based compensation costs. Actual results could differ materially from those estimates and assumptions made.
