| Nature of Operations | Nature of Operations Viant Technology Inc. (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our” or “Viant”) was incorporated in the State of Delaware on October 9, 2020. The Company operates a cloud-based demand side platform (“DSP”) used by marketers and their advertising agencies to centralize the planning, buying and measurement of their advertising across a wide range of advertising channels and formats and provides related data, measurement and other technology-enabled solutions. Our headquarters are located in Irvine, California with other leased office spaces across the United States.
