As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, the Company had a balance of $0.9 million and $0.2 million, respectively, payable to related parties for expenses such related parties incurred on the Company's behalf, which was recorded within accrued liabilities on the condensed consolidated balance sheets. The related expense incurred by the Company was $0.9 million and $1.2 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, respectively, and $0.7 million and $1.1 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025
