| Commitments and Contingencies Disclosure [Abstract] | |
| Commitments and Contingencies | Commitments and Contingencies From time to time, the Company and/or its subsidiaries are parties to legal proceedings that arise in the ordinary course of business, and in particular, personal injury claims involving the operations of the Company's properties. Although management believes that the primary and umbrella insurance coverage maintained with respect to such properties is sufficient to cover Note 13 – Commitments and Contingencies (continued) claims for compensatory damages, many of these personal injury claims also assert claims for exemplary (i.e, punitive) damages. Generally, insurance does not cover claims for exemplary damages.
