SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Dividend On August 10, 2026, our Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.4050 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 4, 2026 and is expected to be paid on September 18, 2026.
