NOTE 10. NET ASSET VALUE PER SHARE

The Company’s net asset value per share as of June 30, 2026, and December 31, 2025, was $1.29 and $1.69, respectively. In determining the Company’s net asset value per share, the Board determined in good faith the fair value of the Company’s portfolio investments for which reliable market quotations are not readily available.
