Transaction Costs

Transaction costs include all internal and external costs directly related to acquisition activities and the Company's evaluation of strategic alternatives including the pending Merger with Western Union, consisting primarily of legal, consulting, accounting and financial advisory fees. Transaction costs were $0.7 million and $2.2 million for the three months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, and $1.9 million and $3.4 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively.
