THE COMPANY	THE COMPANY i-80 Gold Corp ("i-80 Gold" or the "Company"), is a Nevada-focused, growth-oriented gold and silver mining company engaged in the exploration and extraction of gold and silver. The Company's principal assets include the Granite Creek property, Ruby Hill property, Cove property, and the Lone Tree property which hosts a carbon-in-leach and an autoclave processing plant that is currently undergoing a refurbishment. Each property is wholly-owned by the Company. The Company was incorporated on November 10, 2020, in the province of British Columbia, Canada. The Company’s common shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") under the trading symbol IAUX and on the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) under the trading symbol IAU. The Company's head office is located in Reno, Nevada, United States and its executive office is located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
