| RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS | RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, the Company had no related party transactions. As of June 30, 2025 the Company had the following transactions with its related parties: Related party debt The Company had Convertible Loans with both Orion and Sprott (Note 7). Interest accretion related to the loans was recorded in interest expense (Note 14). The Company had a Gold Prepay Agreement and Silver Purchase Agreement with Orion (Note 7). Other liabilities The Company has issued warrants and had entered into an offtake agreement with Orion (Note 8) (Note 20).
