| LOSS ON LOAN EXTINGUISHMENT | LOSS ON LOAN EXTINGUISHMENT The loss on loan extinguishment relates to the 2023 Convertible Debentures redemption of $4.4 million, repayment of the Orion Convertible Loan of $1.6 million and repayment of the Orion Gold Prepay of $1.1 million which were repaid during the first quarter of 2026.
