| RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS | RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS In January 2025, the Preferred Stock Exchange was consummated and the Company filed the Certificate of Designation with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware, which became effective upon filing. At the Closing, the Company issued 50,951,250 shares of Preferred Stock to the Trust. In June 2025, the Trust converted 5,000,000 shares of the Preferred Stock to common stock on a one-for-one basis in accordance with the Certificate of Designation. On May 26, 2026, the Trust converted 5,000,000 shares of the Preferred Stock to common stock on a one-for-one basis in accordance with the Certificate of Designation. See Note 12 for additional information on the Preferred Stock Exchange. As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, there are no amounts due to or from related parties.
