As a result of our net losses for the periods presented above, the dilutive impacts of certain potential common shares were excluded from our dilutive weighted-average shares since their inclusion would have been anti-dilutive.

For the periods presented, we also excluded certain restricted stock units which could potentially dilute basic EPS in the future, from the computation of diluted EPS as their effect was anti-dilutive under the treasury stock method. Additionally, we have excluded any performance-based restricted stock units where the performance contingency has not been met as of the end of the period, or whereby the result of including such awards was anti-dilutive.
