Commitments and Contingencies Guarantees and Indemnifications The Company maintains credit support arrangements with certain utility providers to support its contractual obligations. As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, the aggregate amount of such credit support arrangements was CAD 26.0 million, equivalent to approximately USD $18.3 million and USD $18.6 million, respectively. Legal Contingencies From time to time the Company may be involved in various legal proceedings arising from the normal course of business activities. We are not presently a party to any litigation the outcome of which, we believe, if determined adversely to us, would individually or taken together have a material adverse effect on our business, results of operations, cash flows or financial condition. As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, the Company has not accrued any material potential loss. |
