Government Tax Credits Section 48 Investment Tax Credit for Qualified Fuel Cell Properties of Energy Storage Technologies During the first quarter of 2026, the Company determined that it qualified for the Section 48 Investment Tax Credit (“ITC”) for Qualified Fuel Cell Properties of Energy Storage Technologies related to its hydrogen storage and liquefaction assets at its Louisiana hydrogen plant owned by Hidrogenii, the Company’s joint venture with Olin. During the second quarter of 2026, the Company executed an ITC sales agreement for its Louisiana hydrogen production plant. The Company received aggregate cash proceeds of $39.2 million in connection with the sale with related transaction fees of $3.1 million.
