Expion360 Inc. (the “Company”) was originally formed as a limited liability company in the State of Oregon in June 2016. Effective November 1, 2021, the Company converted to a C corporation.
The Company designs, assembles, manufactures, and sells lithium iron phosphate (“LiFePO4”) batteries and supporting accessories for recreational vehicles (“RVs”), marine, and industrial applications. The Company’s lithium battery solutions incorporate innovative concepts and have been designed to include some of the most dense and minimal-footprint batteries available. The Company’s customers consist of dealers, wholesalers, private-label customers, and original equipment manufacturers (“OEMs”) who resell the products to end consumers, as well as consumers who purchase directly from the Company The Company currently operates in one reportable business segment, Energy Storage (ES).
